What your buyers get: listing texts, a home portal and chat with you

Add a buyer once. BrokerMule texts them the best new listing, gives them a branded portal to save homes and request tours, and emails you when they write back.

A daily text with the one home worth seeing

BrokerMule checks new listings in your buyer’s ZIP codes and budget, picks the standout and writes a short text from you.

  • Written from the real listing, never a template
  • Signed with your name and brokerage

Frequently asked questions

Do my buyers need to download an app?

No. Every text links to their personal portal, which opens in the phone’s browser. There’s no app and no password.

How often will my buyers get a text?

At most once a day, and only on days when a new listing matches their ZIP codes (up to 3) and budget. If nothing new matches, no text goes out.

Who writes the texts?

BrokerMule’s AI writes each one from the actual listing, picks a couple of details that matter, and signs it with your name and brokerage.

How will I know when a buyer messages me?

You get an email within the hour (with tour requests first), and every message shows up in Notifications and on the client’s page, where you can reply.

Can buyers stop the texts?

Yes. Every text ends with “Reply STOP to opt out,” and BrokerMule stops texting them right away.
