Everything you need to get the most out of your dashboard — from your first client to your fiftieth.

Dashboard overview

The dashboard is your command center. When you log in, you'll see a snapshot of everything happening across your buyers — how many clients are active, how many texts went out this week, which buyers are engaging the most, and what needs your attention right now. The page is organized into a top bar with quick search and actions, followed by stat cards, then a two-column layout of activity panels. Use it each morning to catch up on what your buyers did overnight.

Stat cards

The four stat cards at the top give you a quick pulse on your pipeline:

  • Active clients — the number of buyers currently set to "active" status who receive daily listing texts.
  • Texts sent this week — total SMS alerts delivered over the last seven days across all clients.
  • Listing open rate — the percentage of sent listings that buyers have opened in their portal.
  • Tour requests this week — the number of tour requests submitted by buyers through their portal links.

Each card also shows a trend indicator so you can see whether engagement is going up or down compared to the prior period.

Activity feed

The activity feed shows your most recent SMS sends in chronological order. Each entry displays the client's name and avatar, the number of listings included in that text, and a timestamp. Click any entry to open a detailed view showing the full message content, the individual listings that were sent, and any replies the buyer submitted. You can also navigate directly to that client's profile from the detail view.

Recent client feedback

When buyers leave comments on listings in their portal — like "Love the kitchen but the yard is too small" — those comments appear here. Each feedback entry shows the client, their comment, and a link to the property. Click an entry to open a modal with the full property details, a map link, and a shortcut to the client's profile. Use this section to understand what your buyers are looking for and adjust their search criteria accordingly.

Tour requests

When a buyer replies TOUR or clicks the tour button in their portal, a tour request is created. This widget shows all pending tour requests as cards you can scroll through horizontally. Each card displays the property photo, address, price, beds/baths, and the requesting client's name. Click a card to jump to the client's profile where you can schedule the showing. This is one of your highest-priority widgets — tour requests mean a buyer is ready to move.

Buyer engagement chart

This bar chart visualizes text open rates over the last seven days, so you can spot trends in when your buyers are most active. Below the chart, three KPIs summarize overall performance:

  • Open rate — the percentage of texts that buyers opened.
  • Click rate — the percentage of texts where a buyer clicked a listing link.
  • Reply rate — the percentage of texts where a buyer replied (SAVE, TOUR, etc.).

If engagement dips, it may be time to refine a buyer's search criteria or adjust the frequency of texts.

Most engaged clients

This widget ranks your clients by engagement score — a composite of portal opens, listing saves, tour requests, and comments. Your most active buyers appear at the top. Use this to prioritize follow-up calls: your most engaged clients are often the closest to making an offer. Click any client to go straight to their profile.

Quick actions

The quick actions panel gives you one-click shortcuts to the four most common tasks:

  • Add a client — create a new buyer profile and set their search criteria.
  • Send a text — go to your clients list to message a specific buyer.
  • Review tours — jump to pending tour requests across all clients.
  • View billing — manage your subscription plan and payment method.

Clients page

The Clients page is where you manage your entire buyer database. At the top, you'll see usage statistics showing how many clients you've used against your plan's limit. Below that, you can search clients by name, filter by status (active or paused), and sort by recent activity. Each client appears as an expandable card showing their contact info, search criteria, and quick actions. Click a client to expand their full detail panel. You can add new clients, edit existing ones, pause or resume texts, and delete clients you no longer work with.

Client detail panel

Expanding a client card reveals the detail panel, which has everything you need to manage that buyer:

  • Profile section — edit first name, last name, email, phone number, and zip code.
  • Search criteria — adjust price range (using the dual-handle slider), minimum beds and baths, property type, search radius, target locations, and must-haves.
  • Activity history — a timeline of SMS sends and interactions for this client.
  • Notes — free-form notes you can add and manage for this buyer.
  • Tour requests — pending tours from this client's portal.
  • Saved homes — homes this client has saved via their portal.
  • Portal link — the client's personalized portal URL you can share or copy.

Any changes you save here take effect on the next daily SMS run, so the buyer starts receiving listings that match their updated criteria.

Saved homes widget

Within each client's detail panel, the saved homes widget shows the properties a buyer has bookmarked from their portal. These are listings the buyer actively expressed interest in by replying SAVE or clicking the save button. The widget displays cards in a horizontal scroll with the property photo, price, and address. Use this to see what's catching your buyer's eye and to prepare for showings.

Billing & plans

The Billing page lets you manage your subscription. You can view your current plan, see how many active clients you're using against your limit, upgrade or downgrade plans, and update your payment method. Plans range from Free (1 active buyer) to Pro (up to 50 active buyers). Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you exceed your plan's client limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade before adding more.

Settings

The Settings page is where you manage your realtor profile — your company name, contact phone, contact email, headshot, and a bio or description that appears in your buyer-facing communications. You can also configure your Twilio phone number (the number texts are sent from) and manage notification preferences. Keep your profile up to date so your branding stays consistent across every text your buyers receive.

Notifications

The Notifications page collects all your recent alerts in one place — new tour requests, client feedback, delivery failures, and plan updates. Think of it as your inbox for everything BrokerMule detects on your behalf. You can mark notifications as read and navigate directly to the relevant client or action from each one. Check here regularly so you never miss a buyer who's ready to move.
